Shipping & Guidelines


We are committed to excellence. The product is delicate and subject to circumstances that can impact how it will be received by our customer. The guidelines and handling conditions outlined here are implemented to live up to our expectations and to exceed those of our customers. We work with UPS (other businesses) and in such a way, that quality of product and service are conserved. If there is anything you, our customer encounters that would not be conform, we ask you to let us know.


Please allow 1 to 2 business days before processing. Standard shipping is with UPS and they will not deliver on Saturdays, unless requested and additional cost. If an order is recieved on Thursday or Friday, it may be determined that shipping will be the following Monday. Weekend orders are processed following business day. The customer will be notified of any delays or adjusted schedule. At your request, we can ship 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or even UPS Next Day Air. Quotes for these deliveries can be given at time of request. We ship everywhere that UPS is able to deliver. Extra costs that may incur will be communciated with the customer.


All products are subject to availability. Prices, product or weight may be subject to change. If changes are of significant importance, we will communicate these with the customer. DutchGoodies will execute dilligence in these matters and conform to best business practices.

Important Perishable

We sell perishable items such as cheese, chocolate and beef bites. All items will be shipped at customers risk and are subject to additional shipping costs when needed. This is normally the case in the summer months and in the warmer regions. Frozen products will be shipped with Dry Ice and standardized applicable transport charges, indicated on the site. Customer is responsible to complete the order accordingly. Other products that need a cool environment (i.e. cheese, chocolate or products with chocolate content), can be shipped under regular standard shipping conditions at the owners risk. We do use insulated material in our shipping boxes that will prevent immediate weather impact on the product. Additional charge for gel packs will be applied.


DutchGoodies will not accept returns. In case of a situation where the customer considers a product unacceptable, we ask to be contacted via email. Returns are costly and situations maybe resolved through our customer service department.
